Premier League Photos: Man Utd 3-0 West Ham – Rooney Two Good

Man Utd’s comfortable win at Old Trafford last night keeps them in touch with leaders Chelsea. Wazza Rooney – who else? – scored twice, both times assisted by the excellent Antonio Valencia (his debut season for United gets better and better), then sub Michael Owen iced the cake with a late third. A big plus for the reigning Prem champs was the solid form of Nemanja Vidic, who has been missed so badly for big chunks of this season.
West Ham huffed and puffed and made a fair contest of it, but to be honest they never looked like causing an upset.
